1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AISymmetric CRM ("the Service"), operated by AISymmetric Solutions LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AISymmetric CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management platform that allows users to manage contacts, deals, leads, pipelines, and related business data within workspaces.

3. Accounts & Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

4. Subscription & Billing

Free Plan: Available at no cost with usage limits as described on our pricing page.
Pro Plan: Billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. After 30 days, no refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days' written notice. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or performance
Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Data Ownership & Privacy

You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. Enterprise plans include an uptime SLA as described in the plan terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AISymmetric Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
